Weiss Memorial Hospital Employee Referral Bonus
Weiss Memorial Hospital offers a $2,000 Employee Referral Bonus for the following full-time and part-time hard-to-fill positions:
Registered Nurses
Full-time and Part-time:
$1,000 at three months, $1,000 after six months
Registry: $250 at three months
Physical/Occupational Therapists
Full-time and Part-time:
$1,000 at three months, $1,000 after six months
Registry: $250 at three months
Employed Physicians
Full-time only:
$1,000 at three months, $1,000 after six months
All Other Positions
Full-time:
$50 at three months, $100 after six months, $200 after 12 months
Part-time:
$50 at three months
Referral Guidelines:
1. The referring employee must complete this Employee Referral Bonus Form.
2. The applicant must include the referrer's name on his or her employment application.
3. The employee must submit the Referral Bonus Form to Human Resources on the first floor, prior to the applicant's completion and submission of his or her employment application to the Human Resources department.
4. In order to receive the Referral Bonus payouts, the referrer must still be employed at Weiss Memorial Hospital.
