Driving Directions
Weiss is on the north side of Chicago, at the corner of Wilson Avenue and North Marine Drive. The Hospital is visible from Lake Shore Drive.
From Lake Shore Drive
(Downtown, Lincoln Park, North Shore)
Take Lake Shore Drive to Wilson Avenue (4600 north) and turn west. For valet parking, go one block to Marine Drive and turn right. To self-park in the hospital garage, go one more block to Clarendon Avenue and turn right.
From Northwest Chicago
(Jefferson Park, Old Irving Park, Edison Park, Norwood Park)
Take either Lawrence (4800 north) or Wilson Avenue (4600 north) east toward the Lake. From Lawrence Avenue, turn right on Clarendon Avenue to self-park in the hospital garage. To valet park, go one more block to Marine Drive and turn right. From Wilson Avenue, turn left on Clarendon Avenue to self-park. For valet parking, turn left on Marine Drive. An alternative route is to take Irving Park Road (4000 north) west, to Clarendon Avenue and turn left.
From the Northwest Via I-90
(O'Hare Airport, Kennedy and Edens Expressways)
Take I-90 east to Lawrence Avenue (4800 north) east. To self-park in the hospital garage, turn right on Clarendon Avenue. To valet park, go one more block to Marine Drive and turn right. An alternative route is to take Irving Park Road (4000 north) west, go to Clarendon Avenue and turn left.
From Midway Airport
Take Cicero Avenue north to I-55. Go east on I-55 and take Lake Shore Drive north to Wilson Avenue (4600 north) and go west. To valet park, go one block and turn right on Marine Drive. To self-park in the hospital garage go one more block to Clarendon Avenue and turn right.
From the Western Suburbs
Take the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) east all the way to the Buckingham Fountain (Columbus Drive) and turn left. Go one block to Jackson and turn right. Go one block to Lake Shore Drive and turn left. Take Lake Shore Drive to Wilson Avenue (4600 north) and turn west. For valet parking, go one block to Marine Drive and turn right. To self-park in the hospital garage, go one more block to Clarendon Avenue and turn right.
From Northwest Indiana (Merrillville)
Take I-65 north to Chicago. Take I-90 west toll road toward Chicago (25 mi.). Merge onto I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) (3.7 mi.). Merge onto I-55 north (Stevenson Expressway) toward Lake Shore Drive (1.2 mi.). Take Lake Shore Drive north to Wilson Avenue (4600 north) (8.8 mi.). Follow the signs to either valet parking or to self-park in the parking garage.
