What do I need to do to receive outpatient therapy?
You need to get a referral from a physician, stating medical necessity for therapy, your diagnosis and preferred treatment. The referral needs to be dated within the past 30 days.
Will my insurance cover the therapy treatment cost?
Weiss Memorial Hospital accepts many different insurance plans. You can confirm coverage by contacting your insurance directly. Call the "800" number on the back of your card.
What are your hours of business?
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Flexible schedules are available on a case-by-case basis.
